This Sumatran coffee hails from the Ribang Gayo Co-op, numbering about 350 members, in Aceh Indonesia. A natural processing method is used which, after picking, the fruit/cherry is kept on the bean for an extended period of time. This makes for a sweeter, fruitier coffee resulting in notes of watermelon & a hint of strawberry candy. Unusually satisfying.
