A LITTLE ABOUT US...
Vermont Artisan Coffee & Tea, Co.
provides fresh roasted artisan coffees & exotic teas to retail
establishments, café's, & markets throughout Vermont, New England
& nationally via the web. The company was founded by Mané Alves, a
native of Lisbon, Portugal, who has been in the specialty coffee
industry for 20+ years, & before that, the wine industry in
California. His wife, Holly, has held branding & corporate marketing
positions for the past 2 1/2 decades, & now handles strategy &
marketing for VT Artisan, while Renee Adams manages the company as its
GM. The rest of the team all share a passion for great coffee & are
dedicated to delivering the highest quality coffee & tea products to
all of our customers, week in & week out.
Farm Direct - Because of his extensive travels to
source countries, Mané has nurtured direct relationships with many of
the coffee farms & families who cultivate the beans. Many of our
coffees are Organic & Fair Trade as well.
Sustainability - we believe in the importance of
sustainable business practices. Whether collaborating with farmers
offering chemical free solutions or selecting more eco-friendly
packaging, we are in it for the long haul.
