This distinctive African coffee has lovely orange & tangerine notes. Delicate with a sweet floral bouquet, it is grown by over 600 small farmers near the famed Oromia region. Once sorted, the coffee is sun dried on raised beds like the ones pictured here for 12 - 15 days. Like a typical Sidamo, this coffee is well balanced with a complex finish.
