Our Darker roasts are very popular, so we created a new one named after our beloved and omni-present neighbor, Mount Mansfield. We start with Sumatran coffee, and roast it dark enough to enhance the beans' best characteristics. Our Mansfield Dark is deeply satisfying; bold, full-bodied but never bitter.
