Guatemala Finca El Amate - Microlot

This delightful micro-lot is the result of Senor Petronilo's multi-year and multi-generational journey of growing high quality coffee beans on his farm in  Huehuetenango.

This varietal is Bourbon 24 which is then traditionally washed, processed, and sundried. We choose to light roast these beans so that their unique notes of citrus, floral and cocoa are highlighted.
