This special microlot comes from a selection of very small batch, handcrafted lots from the highest altitudes of Ipanema Coffee's Rio Verde farm in the Sierra da Mantiqueira mountains of Brazil. This yellow bourbon variety is hand picked, then naturally processed and dried with the 'skin-on' which yields a fruity, pleasantly fermented taste.

Mané travels here often, working on quality and sensory skills with the Ipanema Coffee employees (pictured here). He is able to personally select this microlot as one of his favorites.
