This is a wonderful Kenyan AA from the Rungeto Farmers Coop located in the scenic area around the base of Mt. Kenya. Cherries are sorted before they are pulped and then dried on raised beds for between 8 - 14 days. The result is a lovely, Kenyan coffee that is full bodied, with notes of apricot, nectarine and a hint of honey.
