Peru Alto Mayo

This coffee is produced by the El Rollo Farm, part of a coffee Co-op within the Alto Mayo protected rainforest of Northern Peru. Created by Conservation It'l, the co-op (called Coopbam) acts as a steward of the rainforest, producing unique and excellent coffees while focusing on fighting deforestation, protecting the native trees, & promoting socioeconomic development.

This washed, Caturra coffee has flavor notes of honey, plum walnuts, resulting in a beautifully full-bodied cup.
