Agustin Gomez has been working with coffee all of his life & he brings 70 plus years of expertise to these superb Geisha beans from his farm in the Boquete region of Panama.
The beans are harvested & then dried on raised beds & turned every 2 hours during daylight hours for 15 days. Senor Gomez owns his own dry mill where controlled fermentation brings a lovely effervescence to the cup.
We light roast these beans with care which brings out their delicate tropical notes plus hints of chocolate, raisin & fig.
